Collection of GCSE Results
The arrangements for the collection of GCSE results are a little different this year, due to changes in how Bishopsford, and all secondary schools in the country, receive exam results from the exam boards.
Former students will be able to come on Tuesday 24th August between 12pm and 3.00pm, to collect a printout of their GCSE results from our Information Management System. We would expect all students to collect their results in this way on Tuesday 24th August.
We will also receive paper confirmation of GCSE results from each exam board, on Thursday 26th August, which students can collect in addition to the school printout. These can be collected from the school between 12pm and 3.00pm on Thursday 26th August.
If former students are unable to collect their results on either of these dates and wish someone else to collect the results on their behalf, a letter confirming this must be sent to the school, or brought in on the day, and MUST be signed by the former student. Parents will only be able to collect results with this written authority off the former student.
We regret that we cannot post out GCSE results.
If you are unable to collect the results on the dates and times specified above, they can be collected from the school reception after these dates. However, please telephone the school beforehand to ensure that the reception is open.
Good luck!!!
